 Conditional Compiler Directives

   The Toolkit file TOTFLAGS.INC is used by all the units, and contains
   the following compiler directives.


         FINAL         Use when building your final production version.

         FLOAT         Enables extended real types.

         FLOATEM       Instructs compiler to emulate a math co-processor.

         OVERLAY       Makes all Toolkit units overlayable.
